We are dedicated to helping small and medium-sized businesses by providing :

• Business counseling and advisory services
• Access to capital (when other traditional sources of financing are insufficient) via :
  • Loans
  • Equity investment
  • Loan guarantees

We are also committed to the goal of strengthening our local communities through Community Economic Development and Strategic Planning, taking into consideration the unique circumstances of the local area and working in concert with other local partners.
